When you register as a fighter or interact with our platform, we may collect:

• Registration data: your chosen nickname/username and email address.
• Fighter profile: your Sparo Score, metric values, archetype, and fighter number.
• Avatar photo: if you choose to upload or take a profile photo (optional).
• Video footage: fight clips submitted for AI analysis at event booths.
• Contact form data: name and email if you reach out through our website.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the SPARO service: generating your fighter card, score, and leaderboard position.
• To display your results on the live event leaderboard.
• To send you a magic link so you can access your personal score page.
• If you opted in, to send you news and updates about SPARO.
• To respond to contact form submissions.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on:

• Consent: you provide your data voluntarily when registering. Newsletter communications are opt-in only.
• Legitimate interest: displaying leaderboard results during events.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and secure authentication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
