1. Who we are

SPARO is an AI-powered combat sports video analysis platform operated by SPARO TECHNOLOGIES LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We appear at the Barcelona AI Summit (Palau Sant Jordi, Barcelona). These Terms apply when you use SPARO at the event or through our website. By registering as a fighter at the event booth, submitting footage, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

SPARO analyses short fight clips to produce a Sparo Score, metric values, and a fighting archetype. Results are displayed on the live event leaderboard and on a public card page for each fighter. The analysis is generated automatically by our models and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3. Registration

Fighters are registered by our staff at the event booth, where you provide a nickname and an email address. There are no user accounts and no login on the leaderboard site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

4. Your content

You confirm that the footage you submit and any photo you upload is your own, that you have permission to use it, and that you do not infringe any third party's rights. You grant SPARO a non-exclusive licence to process, display and store your footage, photo and results for the purpose of providing the service and promoting the event.

5. Public display

By participating, you agree that your fighter name, score, metric values and archetype may be shown publicly on the live leaderboard, on your card page (reachable by anyone with the link or your fighter number) and on the event's display screens.

6. Newsletter

If you opt in, we may send you news and updates about SPARO. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us at contact.sparo@sparo.pro.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted or modified at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPARO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, the accuracy of results, or any unavailability. The Sparo Score does not constitute advice or a guarantee of any result.

8. Intellectual property

SPARO, its branding, design, metrics and archetypes are owned by SPARO. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

9. Termination and deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. SPARO may restrict or remove any fighter entry or content that breaches these Terms.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
